La paloma If you’re not very fond of sipping tequila and would rather have something more refreshing, try making a paloma.

This popular Mexican drink is very easy to make. Combine 11/4 oz. of blanco (unaged) or reposado tequila with 4 oz. of Squirt (or other carbonated grapefruit soda) in a tall glass filled with ice cubes and stir.
